Two former school librarians on each coast pivoted out of their careers and into the world of knitting and fiber.

Isla and Iris met at Cashmere Goat in Camden — the best yarn store in Maine! — where we work together. Turns out, matching people with yarn and patterns is a lot like matching people to great books.

Iris facilitates the knit alongs at The Goat, including hosting the virtual and in-person meet-ups.

We both enjoy an active lifestyle, delighting in the beauty of the natural world around us, at the ocean, lakes, and many trails in the Midcoast area of Maine.
